No Smoking Rooms - Please do not smoke inside the rooms.
Luggage Storage - Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room. It will be at the guest’s sole risk in case of any loss or damage from any cause.
Guest's Belongings - Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms while going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guests, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuable. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. Guests must not pass their room keys to other people.
Hazardous Goods - Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms etc. are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises by guests and their visitors.
Damage to property - The guest will be responsible for any loss and or damage to the hotel property caused by them, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guests may not rearrange any furniture on the premises.
Lost and Found - Fill out a written complaint and describe the item as precisely as possible and note where the items were forgotten or lost. You will be contacted to inform if the items are found and thereon, how to arrange the return of the item(s) if the items should be returned. The hotel reserves the right to the lost and forgotten items' store for a period of 3 months only. After 3 months, Larisa Resort cannot guarantee the items lost. Postage is always paid by the receiver of the items. Hotel takes no responsibility for the items that are lost or damaged during postage.
Pets Policy - We welcome pets with open “paws”. The pet must be clean and must not be aggressive. They must use designated areas to relieve themselves and owners must clean pet waste immediately and dispose it off in designated receptacles. If you leave your pet unattended in the room, it is the owner’s responsibility to hang a sign on the outside so the room service and the hotel employers know an animal is in the room. Please do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. Pet owners will be required to sign agreements stating they will be financially responsible for any damage by the pet and any expenses incurred by the hotel for pet disturbances. Owners may be asked to leash the dog if other guests complain about the dog.
Electricity and Water - Electricity and Water are precious resources.
Lights are to be turned off and all taps/faucets shut upon leaving the premises.
Fire Safety and other vital measures - If the fire breaks out in your cottage/room grab your key and leave, closing the door, alert hotel workers and notify neighbouring guests. Use a portable fire extinguisher without taking any personal risk. Stay calm, do not panic and allow resort team to fight the fire. Do Not Smoke in Bed or carelessly in any other manner.
Cleanliness - Please keep your balcony doors closed at all times to avoid insects, spiders, lizards and flies entering your rooms. Please do not leave any food trays in the balcony & outside the main door. Please inform room service once you are through with your food and the staff would be more than willing to clear it immediately. We do not allow outside food & beverage for consumption within the common areas.
Decorum and Discipline - Minors under 18 years are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by parents or guardians. Doing Laundry is strictly prohibited. Fines will be imposed. Guests are to observe night-time peace and quiet from 10.00 PM to 08.00 AM; for our fellow residents need privacy and respect for their space. Guests are expected to maintain decorum at all times whilst on the premises.
Management Right -The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
