Punjabi Food Festival (6th - 15th May)

Satiate your hunger pangs the Punjabi way! Serving an incredible variety of native delicacies and drinks, you are sure to have a brilliant culinary experience at the Punjabi Food Festival. The dishes are cooked using traditional ingredients and spices in order to ensure you receive nothing but the best from this authentic cuisine!

AMRITSARI FISH - A delicious seafood dish prepared by coating fresh fish with gram flour, rice flour and spices, and deep-frying till it turns crunchy.
BHUNA GOSHT - Cooked in a semi-dry gravy of authentic spices, onions and yogurt, Bhuna Gosht is a famous North Indian and Pakistani meat dish.

Delhi 06 Food Festival (19th - 29th May and 16th - 26th June)

You are in for a spicy treat at our Delhi 06 Food Festival. This food fest in Shimla boasts of a wide variety of lip-smacking dishes from diverse cuisines, allowing visitors to relish the popular street food of Delhi!

This food festival is hosted twice over the course of two months, so visitors have the chance to revel in an enticing culinary experience on two separate occasions!

Star Dishes at Delhi 06 Food Festival:

CHANDNI CHOWK KI KACHORI - A spicy deep-fried snack, made with all-purpose flour and authentic moong dal filling.
MINI FRIED PARATHA - Reminding the feel of Prantha Gali in Chandni Chowk, the chef presents a flavourful, irresistibly delicious wheat flatbread served with a variety of homemade pickles to choose from.
ALOO ANAR KI CHAAT - Tangy potatoes deep-fried with original spices and chutney, then garnished with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves and curd!

Kabab Junction (3rd - 12th June)

Indulge in an exotic variety of aromatic and finger-licking kababs at Kabab Junction. Inspired by the culinary heritage of pre-colonial India, the Turkish cuisine at the Larisa food festival in Shimla will leave you spoilt for choice!

TANDOORI MALAI TIKKA - Tiny pieces of tender chicken marinated in a spicy yogurt mixture, then cooked in a tandoor for a unique flavor.
MUTTON GILAFI SEEKH - A Mughlai dish prepared with succulent lamb pieces and an assortment of spices!
BHARWA ALOO - Spicy fried potatoes coated with a thin layer of cottage cheese, spices and dry fruits, then cooked in a tangy gravy!

Along with these mouth-watering delicacies, our food festival also offers a wide range of refreshing beverages to beat the heat! During the first month of the food fest, we offer “Summer Coolers” like Cucumber Spritzer Mocktail, Watermelon Mojito and more, whereas the second month offers “Mango Mania” which has a mixture of revitalizing mango items such as Cold Mango Phirni, Mango Pudding, Mango Tart and much more!
